As many of you know, Cloudflare has been compromised by a bug that leaks user data. This website uses the Cloudflare service to guard against DDoS, man-in-middle attacks, and other network vulnerabilities.
Websites affected with the bug have been leaking data for nearly half a year, though not all websites using the Cloudflare service have been affected; it requires a specific set of tools to be implemented on the back-end. No instances of malfeasance have yet been reported. Cloudflare has notified us that they have been observing our outgoing data, and they have not noticed any data leak, but they will continue to monitor.
For your safety, we're recommending you change your passwords on all affected websites. I'm sure you all use two-factor authentication on all important websites, and that you change passwords regularly -- otherwise now is a good time to start.
I'll keep you posted on any developments.
